Church of God Holiness in Christ is pleased to invite you to be one of the sponsors for our upcoming charity event with this proposal letter.  We are hosting a community health fair event for the underprivileged families in the community, and we would like your participation in this charitable event. Other sponsors are coming to ensure this event is a success.

We plan to raise enough funds to provide free food to feed about 300 underprivileged families as well as provide free health exams on the day of the event. This is an annual event. Your sponsorship will come with advertisement space on the event banners and mailers.
